NEW YORK -- Sen. Scott Brown's famed Cosmo photo was target of yet another joke.

On Monday night, Late Show host David Letterman was ready to unveil the cover for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and instead revealed the Brown photo on a fake billboard in New York City.

The photo of Brown appeared in a 1980s issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine and showed the senator nearly naked.

As promised, Letterman later showed the real swimsuit cover, featuring fashion model Brooklyn Decker, the wife of Tennis star Andy Roddick.
