Drivers to pay $2 more at MBTA parking lots
BOSTON -- Another price hike was announced for T riders.
Riders who drive to the T will have to pay an additional two dollars to park in MBTA-owned lots across the state.
The increase will go into effect November 15.
Transit authorities said the hike is necessary to help pay union workers more than $50 million in back wages.
